Monday Fitness Pilates

Monday Evening Fitness Pilates Classes: I have had a few requests from my regulars about “Controlling’ in our Pilates Classes. Precision with our postures. The realisation that Pilates is effective, can truly help us with our day to day life. Giving our bodies what it needs – Stability. Help with our balance and Co-ordination, it’s all there to help us -in that 60 minutes!
Using different props to help us with Strength, Stability and Progression.
The main focus of some of our sessions have been Superman, The Teaser, Into Neutral, Mobility and Stability, Balance and Co Ordination, Core and More, Strength and Stability
