Keeping Fit, Active and Mobile is an important part of life and I want to offer affordable weekly classes in the community and online for those who do not wish to hold a Gym membership. Community classes are great for those who just want to dip in and out of classes when it suits them.

Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning are a great combination of classes that I offer in person and online

Sunday Yoga is a Great way to start the week with a Morning Movement Practice taking you through a different Sequence every week.

Fitness Pilates Improves muscular balance and strength, improves posture and core strength plus many many more benefits.

Body Conditioning – can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Enhance your quality of life. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury.
