We’ve reached the final week of the First Month of 2021, we have past ‘Blue Monday’ which was January 18th (apparently the most depressing day of the year! : ) )
How are we all feeling? No, really ask yourself how are you feeling? Or in the words of Joey Tribbiani – ‘How you doing?’ (now who did his voice as well : ) Do we need more focus? More things to focus on? Focus = A point of concentration in Yoga Gaze or Focus is called Drishti.

I am so glad to see so many of you still motivated as we are continuing with the New Year Lockdown, things will change and they will. Lockdown will begin to be lifted and eased but until then, I will continue to make sure you get up and get moving, 5 , 6 or even 7 days in the week.
Just remember no 2 days are the same. The same goes for the weather, this past week we have seen Rain, Snow, Wind & as I sit here writing my blog the Sun is shinning.
Keep moving, in your kitchens/living rooms/salons, get outside and walk, (lockdown rules taken into account) there are plenty of places to go as we are fortunate where we live. Set your alarms to get up that bit earlier each day, do some yoga/stretch or meditate. (Early morning Yoga challenge on its way….. I’ll keep you posted on this)
