Week 2 of 2021 and all I want to do is PLAN!! Plan, Plan, Plan!!? What is that all about?
Up at 6.30 am so I can plan my day, plan my sessions and just generally plan! Plus, a little bit of morning meditation helps too!
My Plans are not Great plans, I’m not planning on World Domination : ), just planning small tiny things, planning my classes, getting ideas and focusing. I have the opportunity now with my classes and with my life to get myself organized. To do different things and to offer different classes – Making sure we are up early and motivated for the day ahead. If we all have something to focus and something to keep ourselves focused then hopefully once this Lockdown is lifted we will feel much better and come out of this with a positive mind.
Maybe you could try a bit of planning – maybe journaling, give it a go for a week and see how you get on.
