October & My #30daychallenge

So, we are week into October and heading into week 30 of no community classes/since we last met in person/no gym classes (for some) and plenty of ‘not anymore’ for most of us.

To try and keep our spirits up – even for just 10 minutes a day, I am offering you #30daychallenge on Facebook where I am going ‘live’ every morning between 8.10 am – 8.20 am (there have been a few technical issues! Well, there always is with me 🙂 ) So far I have done, Pilates, Morning Stretch, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Kettlercise, Aerobics and Abs. Going forward I will be doing Activation Bands, LBT and HITT and more!

The month of October also sees Mental Health Day which is on Saturday 10th plus October is Menopause Month!
