Can’t believe its been almost 3 weeks since I have written my blog.
Busy times… doing online courses and workshops and a few classes here and there to keep us all going. Birthday celebrations too. Life never stops, when normality has been taken away from us we soon adapt to what is now ‘the new normal’ and for me my ‘new normal’ is streaming my classes online. Normal for others is now going back to work, but will it be the same as before? Maybe, maybe not but it will be the ‘normal’ for them.
Fitness helps. Yes, I know we are not in our community halls or our local gyms but the classes stay the same. I myself have tried to keep the times of my classes to the times I ‘used’ to hold classes. Times and days are the relatively the same but the location is different and we are not surrounded by people we know, all we have now is a tiny glimpse of them on a small square screen : (.
Change will always happen, unfortunately, we as humans are programmed for routine. I believe one of the main reasons the process of change is uncomfortable is the resistance we have to letting go of our old ways of doing things, and seeing the world.
We have no choice now but to see the world differently, everything now is looked at with a different view.
Life is all about change, without it we cannot move forward. Change teaches us to be brave, to embrace the unknown.
