Weekly Blog Week #3

Gratitude:

Heading towards the end of week 3 of My Lockdown Online Classes and realizing more than every what I have to be Grateful for.

I have always realized that I am Grateful for many many things that I have. My health, my family and much much more.

The things that we were Grateful for previous to the Lockdown have been taken away from us all, our everyday routines have now completely changed. We see less people, we can no longer go to our favourite places, our shoppinig experience is no longer the same. We now only see the same people or person from one day to the other – lets be Grateful for their company, their patience and their time. Lets be Grateful for the local walks that we can do, seeing places near our homes, the places we have never had chance to explore before – now that is something to be Grateful for!

So this week, 2 acts of kindness, well 3 but I will start with the 2 acts of kindness I am so Grateful for:-

  1. A delivery of flowers to show appreciation for my classes. (picture above)
  2. A message of Gratitude for my classes (screen shot above)
  3. And Number 3! The support that you have all given to ME over the past 3 weeks. I am so Grateful for this.

So, Ultimately the path of peace, the path to Gratitude, rests firmly on our own shoulders. Nothing at all will change until we do. But when we do, I think it is both SMART and POSSIBLE to say “Thank you for everything”. I have no complaint whatsoever.
